I love using fresh garlic in my food, but I am lazy when it comes to cooking, I like shortcuts. I love a great home cooked meal with as little as effort as possible. Which means I avoid using fresh garlic because I hate peeling and mincing it, getting the stinging garlic smell permeated into my hands. I just want the flavor without the hassle so I end up using dry garlic seasoning and it just doesn’t taste as good as fresh garlic.
I found a new cooking tool that has made using fresh garlic hassle free! Orblue Garlic Press. This little handy tool is amazing. You don’t have to peel, no mincing, you don’t even have to touch it!
Simple take your garlic wedge, stick it in the garlic press and squeeeeeeze. That’s it! The garlic comes out of it in perfect tiny minced particles that I couldn’t possibly achieve on my own. It comes with a tiny brush to brush that garlic right off of it. I made the most delicious garlic and butter mashed potatoes the other day thanks to this!
It has a wonderful design, its sturdy. It’s a tool that will last a lifetime. If you are like me and like shortcuts in the kitchen this will not only save you time, but save your fingers from smelling like garlic for days after you use it!
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
